adeadlyinnocence:

Artur Galchin is one of the inmates featured in the 2011 documentary Russia’s Toughest Prisons. He is serving a 21-year sentence at Vladimir Central for murdering his wife and brother-in-law, whom he said were belligerent drunks that were keeping his daughter awake. After warning them twice to quiet down, he stabbed them both to death. Galchin has spent most of his life in and out of prison, and he showed off the tattoos he’s gotten over the years, including the Latin phrase on his chest that reads Cor ne adito! He explained it means “Don’t rip your heart” then paused before adding, “I just don’t have one anymore.”
